Statutes of the ED Foundation
The operationalization of the ED Foundation in Togo has been consecrated by the ministerial decree n ° 0224 / MATDCL-CAB authorizing its actions in Togo. The Foundation is governed by the provisions of Law No. 40-484 of 1st July on the Association Agreement and Decree No. 92-130 of 27 May 1992 laying down the conditions cooperation between the Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and the Togolese Government.

Executive Office
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of the ED Foundation regulates, through its deliberations, the affairs of the Foundation. They perform all actions necessary or useful for the achievement of the main goal and mission of the Foundation, including the modification, and update of its statutes. They exercise their functions in accordance with the law and the ED Foundation statutes.
Technical Committee for Orientation, Quality Control, and Monitoring-CTOCQS
The Technical Orientation, Quality Control and Monitoring Committee is a consultation body, responsible for examining and validating the orientations of the ED Foundation on the proposal of the Executive Board. The CTOCQS provides advice on intervention strategies; ensures the quality control of actions initiated or to be implemented; in particular technical coherence and alignment it the organization mission and mandate. The Committee advises on the organization programming; it monitors and assesses programs and activities on the ground.
Executive Office
The Executive Board is the body responsible for the design, annual planning and execution of programs and projects of The ED Foundation. It defines the technical consistency of programming and operations. It ensures the implementation and daily monitoring of activities.
