Implementation of Development Aid Programs: The ED Foundation has put its expertise at the service of development partners to provide its technical support for the effective implementation of their aid programs / projects aiming to improve the living conditions of communities. The ED Foundation is dedicated to providing efficient, effective, transparent and accountable support to ensure the compliance with partner organizations procedures, rules, and policies. The same rationale will be applied to beneficiary communities in order to offer them quality services adapted to their needs while respecting their traditions, culture, values, and environment.

Through this axis, The ED Foundation seeks to offer a range of tailor-made services and programs pertaining to current issues and matters of human security; social responsibility and accountability; the 2030 global agenda; etc. The ED Foundation notably will engage in civic education activities and awareness-raising campaigns, information/training sessions. These actions’ objectives aim 1) to better sensitize state actors and public leaders to be more proactive and provide better services; and 2) to empower individuals, including women, youth, and girls to enable them to raise their voices and be actors of positive change for development. Through this axis, The ED Foundation will also take actions to helps people in needs through the means of solidarity.

As a think tank, it is critical to The ED Foundation to initiate and encourage research on issues pertaining to human security, governance, and social development that hamper communities’ well-being and development. The ED Foundation seeks to become a research hub, particularly to develop the research sector on human security in order to promote a better understanding, dissemination and sharing of knowledge and information of the concept and notion of human security. Moreover, though this axis, The ED Foundation will build the capacities of young researchers to strengthen their skills in dealing with issues relating to governance and human security with the view to contribute developing the expertise of the new generation on such issues which are critical for human development and security.

As Action-Research involves two (02) components, it will be a matter of making use of the results of the research undertaken 1) to carry out information/awareness-raising campaigns, civic education, and outreach activities; and 2) to initiate advocacy actions towards relevant services and actors who likely may address problems identified. Also, The ED Foundation will also endeavor to organize reflection meetings in the form of conferences, discussion forums, debates, webinars, etc.

 With a mixed team of dynamic professionals made up of experts combining theoretical knowledge and years of practice in the field, and equally talented, motivated young people who know how to make the best of social media and the digital, The ED Foundation intends to offer its expertise and services to organizations, institutions, governments, and development actors to provide substantial analyzes to its partners in the execution of their programs for a real impact.
